Acosta is an experienced administrator and leader, passionate about helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to market and accelerating the commercialization of innovative products. She currently leads technology transfer at Arkansas State University, an R2 research institution in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and oversees the Catalyst Innovation Center, a life-science-focused incubator at the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.
