ABSTRACT
The present disclosure relates to triazole derivatives of melampomagnolide B, their synthesis, and their use as anti-cancer compounds.
CLAIMS
1. A compound of Formula (II):wherein: R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydrocarbyl, substituted hydrocarbyl, alkyl, substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkynyl, aryl, substituted aryl, alkylaryl, substituted alkylaryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, substituted arylalkenyl, arylalkynyl, substituted arylalkynyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, methyl, trifluoromethyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, amidine, amino, carboxyl, ester, alkylalkylamino, dialkylamino, hydroxyl, alkoxy or arylalkoxy (e.g. methoxy, ethoxy, benzyloxy, substituted benzyloxy) and combinations thereof; and R1 and R2 or R2 and R3 or R3 and R4 or R4 and R5 together can optionally form an optionally substituted cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl 5 or 6 membered ring.
