UA Little Rock will host Pitches & Demos for the AI Hackathon & HealthTech Startup Week on Friday, June 12, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Engineering & Information Technology Auditorium.

The event will feature more than 50 students presenting AI-powered HealthTech solutions developed during the week-long hackathon. Participants have worked in teams to address real healthcare challenges using skills in entrepreneurship, marketing, creativity, and coding. Students will compete for $20,000 in prizes, and attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite projects.

The event is sponsored in part by BioVentures, supporting student innovation at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. The event is free and open to anyone interested in artificial intelligence, healthcare, entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation. Free parking will be available in Lots 8 and 13. The Engineering & Information Technology Auditorium is located on the UA Little Rock campus at 2801 S University Ave, Little Rock, AR 72204.
